Do I Have to Buy Overwatch Again if My Computer Dies?
I've played a tonne of OW on PC and unlocked just about everything. If I buy the game on Xbox, does that stuff all comport over? Like, do you accept to log into your Bnet account? Or do y'all offset from scratch over again?
As far as I know, the game doesn't non support cross-progression notwithstanding.
It seems that Blizzard is working on it, but at the moment you have to restart from the start.

Unfortunately no.
Here is an excerpt from an article I establish:
"Overwatch has a huge player base across different platforms, and some of those accept more one platform to play it on.
However, the histrion's progress is non transferable to another platform. Players will not be able to pick up in PC from where they left off in Xbox Ane, for example. Apparently, this problem is large enough that the developers accept thought about enabling cross-sharing between PC and panel.
"It's something we would very like to explore," said Jeff Kaplan, Blizzard'southward pb designer onOverwatch.
"Information technology's very challenging for many reasons, and I won't go into all the details as to why, but I call up information technology's a very valid want that our players have and it's something that theOverwatch squad would honey to figure out."
Kaplan did not share when theOverwatch feature could be coming nor did he promise that it will exist arriving at all. He did say, though, that they will continue to work on information technology and make it happen if they can find a way to overcome the challenges of getting cross-sharing to work.
If it does happen, it will benefit players who won't have to level up different accounts anymore. It should as well allow the transfer of items, such as boodle and skins, from PC to panel."

Level progress does non. There are a few things that do, such as event skins/twitch donation skins and any donated skins/profile icons (such as Mercy's Cancer support). Individual skins that are unlocked through the game are not carried over.

It doesn't. Nonetheless, think they've been looking into it. I'd have all your Battlenet info ready for when the twenty-four hour period comes though, because that might be the easiest for them to link progress when they do.
